First Call were contracted by one of our longstanding clients Mantle Management LLP to carry out a CAT B fit out of the second floor office space of Kings Court in Stevenage. The space which is approximately 12,000 sq ft was to be divided up into individual seperatly let offices forming a high spec business centre with communal kitchens, meeting rooms and breakout areas. We also completed the fit out of the new ground floor reception area. We installed 300×1200 LED panel lighting along with linear Synergy LED fittings and feature pendants. Each office has its own PIR motion sensor lighting and floor boxes supplying power and data connections. Modifications were made to the existing fire system and this was intergrated into the buildings main system along with emergency lighting as required. This is just one of a portfolio of business centres operated by Mantle Management.
