First Call were contracted Mantle Management LLP to change the existing closed protocol fire system at Elizabeth House to a new Apollo open protocol fire detection system and upgrade the existing building to suit the new office layouts across all the floors to meet the buildings L2 graded category. We installed a new Advanced MX-Pro 5 addressable panel along with 125 devices over 2 loops.

The existing building had a single loop so we needed to install an additional loop to fully cover the third floor and to add additional devices as required throughout the building while still leaving room for further expansion for a proposed future extension to the building. Elizabeth House is a large three storey business centre in the heart of Chelmsford this building is just part of a portfolio of commercial properties that we maintain across London & The South East.
