First Call were awarded the contract to carry out a CAT A office fit out for Peer Group PLC. The office space occupies 4 floors of this 5 storey building we also completed the fit out of the ground floor entrance, common area staircase, lift lobbies and plant room. We installed a fully exposed metal containment systems for all electrical and fire alarm services across all 4 offices and employed a specialist lighting design company to provide the very best lighting for this project. We renewed the whole electrical sub main infrastructure along with dual metered Hager split load three phase distribution boards to each floor and common areas. This allows the landlord to let the property by floor or as a whole easily.

The client was also keen for the lighting to comply with the latest glare regulations, meaning that the scheme required a UGR rating below 19. The design team at Synergy Lighting welcomed the challenge and set about finding the best solution – They provided bespoke Polaris LED liner UGR<19 compliant low glare LED strip lights for the office floors.
